習派何立峰 調任發改委副主任

中國大陸國家發展和改革委員會網站顯示，原任天津市政協主席的何立峰已經改任發改委副主任、黨組副書記，發改委內部排名第5。

值得注意的是，何立峰長期任職福建基層。地方盛傳，何立峰官場之路全靠現任國家主席習近平。

1985年，32歲的習近平接任廈門市副市長，一路在福建兜轉，最後在2000年當上福建省省長。

比習近平小1歲半的何立峰，1985年5月進入廈門市府，2000年接任習近平1990年的老位置、中共福州市委書記，2005年又回到廈門，擔任中共廈門市委書記。

但就在這之後，爭鳴等媒體報導，福建當地狀告何立峰貪污受賄者眾，疑似捲入不少大案，最後還是靠中國人民政治協商會議全國委員會前主席、中共中央政治局前常委賈慶林才過的關。

爭鳴報導，習近平顧及賈慶林的舊情，2009年安排何立峰遠赴天津，2013年出任天津市政協主席。

天津市政協主席屬於正部級，轉任國家發改委副主任，似乎有點高官低就，但從冷衙門地方政協，成為快速擴權、號稱小國務院的國家發改委京官，事實上也代表何立峰脫困，從二線回歸一線梯隊。
