肩膀及下背脊椎受傷 請教有在運動或健身的前輩

肩膀大約在今年一月時受傷的，自己推測或許是在練史密斯機時臥推傷到的。

還有只要拉單槓我下背脊椎處就會類似刺痛的感覺，照過x光醫生說我骨頭沒有問題，但伴隨而來的是幾天的起床酸痛。

請問版上的前輩有沒有過類似的經驗及在臺北或新北市有沒有推薦的醫生或診所，會幫我檢查仔細的(曾看過兩間診所都只是簡單的問診然後做電療雷射熱敷)
