雷擊碎磚砸車 保險公司不賠

昨晚一道雷擊中大樓頂牆角，落磚砸中下方停放的兩輛自小客車。

桃園縣昨天晚上雷聲大作，落雷嚴重，八德市東勇街大樓外牆角遭雷擊，磁磚應聲掉落，砸中下方停放的兩輛汽車，其中一輛前擋風玻璃半面全碎、後座車窗玻璃破裂。另一輛後檔風玻璃破了個洞。所幸當時沒人經過，未造成人員受傷。

住戶表示，半夜聽到「砰」一聲巨響，當時雨大沒有出門看，一早出門就看到兩部車被封鎖線圍住，印象中這是大樓頭一次發生雷擊落磚砸中車狀況。

警方今天凌晨1時，接獲民眾報案，指大樓落磚砸中車，警方獲報到場處理。由於當時還下著大雨，趕緊找來塑膠袋充當遮風罩應急，通知車主到場。目前車輛先暫放在原處，待保險公司、大樓管理委員會評估後續賠償事宜。

保險公司表示，落磚砸車並非事故車禍，就算汽車有保意外險，也是不予以理賠，車主若想爭取賠償，得再看大樓管理委理會的處理態度，也需再進一步釐清兩部車停放位置是否妥適。
