舊電腦想更換顯卡

如題,
由於前陣子有在臉書相關社團詢問過,
想在預算有限的情況下幫電腦小升級,
最後得到的建議是可先換個顯卡

可是,
我上網搜尋了好久還是不曉得該怎麼挑選,也不敢貿然亂買-_-# 
桌電目前的配置是:
CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300
主機板 MSI G31TM-P35 (MS-7529) (Intel G31 (Bearlake) + ICH7)
記憶體 2 GBytes (DDR2)
顯示卡 nVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT

 
 

請問我該換哪種顯卡呢?
主要用來文書處理及看影片、偶爾會玩線上遊戲
預算在3000元以下...
