攜槍彈騎重機 男子遭逮

一名男子未戴安全帽，騎乘重型機車外出，遭警方攔查；警方並在置物箱內起出半自動手槍、數十顆子彈，調查後依槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例究辦。

桃園縣政府警察局楊梅分局今天表示，家住楊梅市的陳姓男子，昨天深夜騎乘重機車外出閒逛，但因為未戴安全帽，被楊梅分局楊梅派出所巡邏警網發現。

陳男見員警盤查，一度想加速逃離，但仍遭警網包夾無法逃逸，警方隨即在重機的置物箱內查出捷克制的半自動手槍1把、各式子彈70多發。

男子辯稱想深夜想到楊梅山區試射，沒想到還未到山區，就遭到警方逮捕。

男子被帶回警局偵訊後，全案依槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例移送桃園地檢署偵辦。
