（中央社記者韋樞台北2014年6月17日電）期交所董事長范志強將專任台灣高鐵董事長，傳由集保董事長丁克華接任。期交所今天上午召開臨時董事會，會中決議由總經理邱文昌暫時執行董事長職務，這項人事案是否生變，值得關注。

台灣期貨交易所董事長范志強因專任高鐵董事長，辭卸期交所董事暨董事長職務，期交所上午召開臨時董事會，全體與會董事通過，推舉董事暨總經理邱文昌暫時執行董事長職務。

媒體日前報導，行政院長江宜樺已核定由集保董事長丁克華出任期交所董事長一職。

業界人士指出，媒體報導由丁克華接任期交所董事長，但近兩週卻顯得相當平靜，也未見辦公室打包等動作，再加上期交所董事會決議由邱文昌暫時執行董事長職務，人事是否生變，值得關注。
