求推薦 筆電 使用office、影片剪輯

爬了好幾天文，還是無法決定，只好親自PO文請各位專家提供一些意見了

小弟目前在台中念書
在宿舍只有使用桌電，
因為今年(大三)暑假實習想要買一台筆電，
若買了筆電，則桌電會寄回家給家人使用，
因此希望這台筆電能夠耐用個3年以上，

預算：
3萬以內(勉強能加3千)

使用需求：
會使用Word Excel PPT 繪聲繪影or威導 以及打打NBA(2K14)；

個人偏好：
• 14~15.6吋
• 方便維修(有問題時不用跑太遠；當然希望不要遇到!!!)
• CPU i5
• 硬碟 500GB以上(盡量7200轉，因為沒預算加SSD)
• 記憶體 能擴充到8G以上
• 廠商 Asus Lenovo
• 螢幕 FHD跟一般的差很多嗎？

若有CP值不錯且符合需求的推薦，預算當然是能省則省，感謝各位專家!!!
