疑涉不法開發 基市府遭搜索

繼桃園縣政府、台北市政府相繼爆發營建開發弊案，遭到檢方大舉搜索後，廉政署與基隆地檢署今（17）日上午動員檢警調人員，前往基隆市政府都市發展處使用管理科，及產業發展處漁農工程科進行搜索。

因接獲情報指稱，基市府相關單位疑似涉嫌不法開發弊案，檢調今天上午9時指揮廉政署，動員檢警調人員，前往搜索基隆市政府都發處、產發處等單位，引起市府人員一陣騷動。目前檢方已帶走1名都發處承辦人員進行約談，並查扣多箱證物。

基隆地檢署指出，目前全案仍在調查當中，不方便透露偵查內容，待搜索工作告一段落後，會在下午統一對外說明，基隆市政府也尚未針對此案回應。
