RBA質疑低利率不夠力、看淡澳洲展望，澳元走軟

貨幣政策終究不是萬靈丹，澳洲央行(RBA)17日發布6月份會議紀錄坦承，並不確定目前的利率水平是否低到足以抵銷礦業投資減緩，以及政府緊縮財政政策所帶來的衝擊，預期今明兩年經濟成長將低於預估水準。

澳洲央行6月維持指標隔夜現金利率在史上最低的2.5%不變，經濟學家普遍預期RBA為刺激就業成長並同時減緩礦業投資熱潮衰退，今年內利率政策都將不作調整。

彭博社報導，澳元兌美元去年重貶14%，但自2月澳洲央行採行中立立場以來，澳元已回升7.3%，使得低利政策效果降低。RBA部分委員指出，如以歷史水平作對比，澳元匯價仍顯過高。

澳元在會議記錄發布後走貶，嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，截至17日10時43分(GMT+8)止，澳元兌美元貶值0.38%，暫報0.9364。

受鐵礦砂報價下滑拖累，澳洲RBA原物料指數(Australia：RBA Commodity Index)已連4個月走跌，今年迄今累計跌幅深達9.5%。
