世足賽／日本旅歐12人 世足冠居亞洲

日本雖然在巴西世足首敗，但日本23人中有12人旅歐踢球，其中德甲六人、英超兩人、義甲兩人，旅歐踢球球員為世足亞洲之冠。

本屆世足另兩支亞洲球隊是南韓和伊朗，兩隊加起一共只有14名旅歐球員。

沒能踢進巴西世足32強的大陸，目前國家隊連一名旅歐球員都沒有，退化之快，已經出現一片檢討聲。
