烏國外長罵普丁 俄要他下台

烏克蘭代理外長傑希察14日傍晚在俄羅斯駐基輔大使館外，試圖規勸憤怒的抗議民眾勿訴諸暴力時，脫口說出俄羅斯總統普丁是「白痴」。此話一出，俄羅斯國會議員紛紛要求烏國當局將他撤職。

烏克蘭一架軍用運輸機14日清晨在東部盧甘斯克市遭親俄武裝分子擊落，造成機上49人全數罹難。事件發生後，數百憤怒民眾稍後前往俄羅斯駐基輔大使館砸雞蛋、石頭、掀翻外交車輛，並扯下大使館國旗抗議。

傑希察告訴現場民眾：「我們必須履行我們的國際義務，包括捍衛俄羅斯在烏克蘭設立大使館的權利。」面對民眾嗆聲，他補充說：「我說過反對你們抗議嗎？我支持你們抗議，我準備在這裡，和你們一起說：『俄羅斯，滾出烏克蘭。』」

傑希察繼續說：「沒錯，普丁是白痴。」民眾則鼓掌叫好，覆誦這句話。事後傑希察為自己辯護，說他當時是告訴示威者，他們可以和平抗議，但不該使用暴力。

俄羅斯官方隨即譴責烏克蘭警方對民眾的暴力行為袖手旁觀，「嚴重違反烏克蘭的國際義務」，要求基輔當局確保俄羅斯外交官的安全。

俄國外長拉夫羅夫已就烏國民眾暴力攻擊俄國大使館，向歐洲安全暨合作組織提出抗議，美國和歐盟也已表示譴責。

烏克蘭外交部則稱，抗議活動結束後，已採取逮捕行動。烏克蘭總統波洛申科宣布15日為全國哀悼日，並矢言將嚴懲擊落運輸機的親俄叛軍。

烏國運輸機遭擊落事件引發白宮、歐洲領袖和聯合國祕書長潘基文的譴責和關切。分析家表示，這起事件可能使國際社會再度聚焦於進一步制裁俄羅斯。

儘管俄烏情勢再度生變，不過烏國表示15日傍晚將恢復與俄羅斯就天然氣問題舉行的會談。俄方要求烏國在16日之前支付天然氣欠款，否則將會切斷天然氣輸送。
