蔡正元被目擊攜女遊瑞士 蔡：辦公室主任

蘋果日報報導，在瑞士觀光船上遇見「全民割闌尾」的主角之一，身邊還有位長相清秀的馬尾美眉作陪。對於這則報導，國民黨立委蔡正元不諱言就是他，不過也強調這只是在考察瑞士水力發電廠時，過程中搭乘交通船在船艙內喝咖啡，這樣的爆料很無聊。至於被指控的馬尾美眉，蔡正元說，如果是同行的辦公室主任，都已經年過40，被稱妹應該高興死了。

蔡正元說，他是利用立院休會期間，到瑞士去看水力發電廠，此行約有6人，辦公室中只有會英文的主任同行，其餘都是一些幫忙聯繫的外商友人，男女都有，他的主任是同行中最年長的女性。

蔡正元說，只要是休會期，他都會東走西走看看平常無法看到的東西，這樣的爆料很無聊。蔡還說，當時他是搭乘要去水力發電廠的交通船，其他同行者在甲板上拍照，因為自己不想淋雨，才會坐在船艙中喝咖啡。

蔡正元並說，七月他將去俄羅斯，八月也計畫和其他立委去法國看水下考古，他的主任都會隨行，幫忙打理一些瑣事。
