打溫度戰 越熱火鍋越便宜

部分冰品業者會在寒流時，利用氣溫溫度當作話題，以此來決定冰品價格，藉此促銷商品；現在火鍋業者也開始玩起這套促銷遊戲。

「這一鍋」6月17日至7月17日，全台門市每日11:30，會依據中央氣象局網站公告溫度，作為當日用膳折扣數，如：台北溫度36度，則消費金額享64折；台中如溫度38度則消費金額享有62折，氣溫越高，折扣越多。

其中，中山北殿、吉林殿、中美殿依台北溫度為依據；朝富殿則依台中溫度為依據。優惠折扣限單點肉盤、菇類、蔬菜，其餘品項恕不適用該優惠。

「這一鍋」2012年第一家在台北中山北路正式開幕，截至2014上半年，「這一鍋」已在台灣開出四家分店，8月中旬在竹北光明路上，將有第五家開幕。「這一鍋」規劃在今年正式進軍中國大陸火鍋市場，首店可望落腳上海，將鎖定華東的長江三角洲區塊逐步拓點。
