天然氣談判未果 俄國將斷氣

俄國與烏克蘭15日的天然氣欠費問題談判未達成協議。俄國天然氣公司Gazprom發言人說，若烏克蘭未在今日GMT時間6時 (台灣時間下午2時)之前償還19.5億美元積欠費用，俄國將切斷供應烏克蘭天然氣。
