支援 H.265 影片播放規格，MediaTek 發表 MT8157 平板電腦用 SoC

支援 HEVC，也就是 H.265 影片播放標準，看來平板電腦市場也要有一場風雨來襲。

MediaTek 在 5 月 30 日發表了一款針對平板電腦而設計的 SoC MT8127，這款四核心的 SoC 最大的特色除了價格外，當然是支援 HEVC（H.265）影片播放規格。

這款平板電腦用的四核 SoC 主要是針對平板電腦而設計，鎖定市場是早前在北京宣布的「超級中端市場」（Super-mid Market）。

MT8127 整合了 Bluetooth 4.0、Wi-Fi、FM 接收器以及 GPS，能夠幫助製造商縮短上市時程，同時降低 PCB 面積以及成本。

四核心的 MT8127 時脈在 1.5GHz，為 ARM Cortex-A7 架構，搭配了 Mali-450 MP4 GPU。此外，這款 SoC 最高解析度支援到 1920 x 1200，並且支援 Miracast 以及 NFC 功能。

目前 Alcatel OneTouch 已經宣布期待 PIXI7 平板電腦已經使用了 MT8127 SoC 處理器，同時下半年還會有一款 PIXI8 也將採用此款 SoC 。
