手機跳出一個奇怪號碼

就　今天在捷運玩iphone 4s
忽然跳出一個視窗　上面有串數字
選項有「呼叫」和「取消」
基於好奇　我選了「呼叫」
然後就變成　我在撥一個號碼!!!
我怕電話費暴增　於是猶豫幾秒後取消撥號
看了看撥號紀錄　那串號碼是+1(384)306-6059
請問這是什麼號碼...什麼意思

現在手機上的詐騙非常多，可能不知道的情況下下載了什麼軟體或病毒，對於來路不明的號碼或訊息，新聞都一直報導千萬別點，因此研究那串看起來像國外某地方的電話號碼沒什意義，別亂點選才是要記住的
