天候影響情緒 入暑自殺偏高

（中央社記者龍珮寧台北2014年6月2日電）藝人歡歡驚傳燒炭自殺。專家表示，台灣近年在5、6月份自殺人數確實比其他月份高，可能與下雨、氣候悶影響心緒有關。

本名于佳卉的藝人歡歡1日在台中住處被發現燒炭自殺死亡，歡歡弟弟在派出所製作筆錄時表示，歡歡患憂鬱症，已服藥治療3個月。而知名主播史哲維也是日前在住處自殺。

全國自殺防治中心副執行長、精神科主治醫師張家銘指出，近3年自殺統計顯示，自殺人數在5、6月期間比其他月份高，族群分析顯示，仍以老年人最多，不過青少年、中壯年自殺人數都有增加。

張家銘表示，有研究顯示，歐美國家在秋冬交替時，常因季節交替導致憂鬱症好發，導致自殺案件，台灣因緯度不高，季節性憂鬱症自殺情況不明顯。

但張家銘指出，台灣在5、6月份的自殺案件比其他月份高，可能是4到6月受溫度變化對人的情緒產生影響，而包括下雨、天候悶熱，都會影響心情、情緒。

張家銘建議憂鬱症患者除了接受治療外，身邊的親友應傾聽、多陪伴了解需要、多關心，而不要用講道理的方式。
