賊性不改 才出獄又偷電動車

黃姓男子從北偷到南，近日在高雄偷電動自行車，被員警攔獲，原以為電動車沒有車牌和烙碼，竊嫌自信滿滿不可能找到車主而堅不承認，但員警鍥而不捨從車上一把鑰匙追尋到車主，總算讓竊嫌認罪。

高雄五福二路派出所員警30日晚間近零點，在新興區林森、青年路口，發現一名33歲黃姓男子騎著一輛嶄新、市價約5萬元的電動自行車，黃男被攔查時矢口否認竊車，辯稱以500元向朋友購買。

但員警檢查電動車內電池是今年4月出廠新品，依市價判斷，不可能以區區500元便能購得，反譏黃嫌，「五百塊就買得到新的電動自行車，乾脆我也來去買一台好了」。但因電動車沒有車牌也沒有烙碼，黃男認定警方絕對不可能找到車主，堅稱沒有偷車。

員警懷疑曾在台北犯下多項偷竊前科的黃男偷車，但偵辦欠缺證據，所幸員警鍥而不捨，在車袋找到一把鑰匙，再由鑰匙上的保全公司感應卡循線追查，終於找到張姓女失主來派出所認領。

黃男見狀當場傻眼，沒料到警方居然真的能找到失主，只好坦承竊盜，並說今年五月初才在台北服刑完畢，想到南部碰碰運氣，豈料又遭高雄警方所查獲，全案依竊盜罪嫌移送高雄地檢署偵辦。
