黃海波嫖娼當場被抓獲，並被判處15日行政拘留的處罰，據法制晚報報導，北京警方證實將依法決定對黃海波等人收容教育。

華西都市報報導，黃海波和「嫖娼門」女主角劉馨予被曝將被收容教育六個月。

劉馨予的母親接到公安部門的口頭通知，原定行政拘留15天的劉馨予，將轉為收容教育六個月。

針對此消息，黃海波經紀公司方面表示：「沒有接到任何確切消息。」

黃海波出事之前，正在與張靜初合作當代都市情感劇。劇組工作人員表示，之前以為黃海波只被拘留15天，所以劇組一直在等他。得到黃海波將被收容教育六個月的消息後，劇組正在緊急研究方案。

據報導，《收容教育辦法》規定賣淫嫖娼人員可以由公安機關決定收容教育，收容教育期為六個月至兩年。一些一線民警表示，目前賣淫嫖娼人員在執行完行政拘留後，基本都會收容教育。

另外，第17屆上海國際電影節發布入圍作品，黃海波主演的《勝利》成為華語金爵獎國際影片評選唯一入選的作品。
