八德合宜宅 桃縣府擬廢標

葉世文涉嫌洩漏資料、護航建商、收賄，衝擊八德合宜住宅後續能否執行，桃縣府正研擬先廢標，並檢討合宜住宅政策，擬大幅提高出租比率。

桃縣府新聞處昨晚發表聲明，縣長吳志揚指示城鄉發展局檢討並提出合宜住宅修正方案。

【記者陳雨鑫／新北報導】新北市浮洲合宜住宅是葉世文任營建署長時招標發包的工程，新北市城鄉局表示，若中央要全面檢視，一定配合。

新北市城鄉局長邱敬斌表示，浮洲合宜住宅由日勝生公司得標，預計明年三月交屋。日勝生設計部經理傅叔宸表示，合宜住宅兩年前預售，兩萬多人參與抽籤登記，已完銷。
