世界12強賽中華隊該怎麼組？棒協盼與中職合作

明年的世界12強棒球賽是一級賽事，中華隊該怎麼組隊？棒協秘書長林宗成2日說「一直以來，都是由棒協主導，歡迎中華職棒來談」，棒協希望能像去年的經典賽（WBC）一樣，組最強的中華隊參賽。

林宗成2日說「依照棒球振興計畫，亞、奧運以及經典賽都是一級賽事，這個原則一直都沒有改變，現在體育署已同意，將世界12強棒球賽列為一級賽事」，因此屆時中華隊要怎麼組隊？令人關注。

自從1998年曼谷亞運之後，棒協長期與中華職棒合作，組最強的中華隊參加各項國際賽事，林宗成說「棒協對於中華職棒的要求，從來沒有說過NO」，今年的仁川亞運，是中華職棒首度不讓球員支援重要的國際一級賽事。

2013年的經典賽，首度由中華聯盟負責組訓工作，明年的世界12強棒球賽是一級賽事，是否會延續，林宗成說「經典賽是特例，一切都還要談」。

日前中華聯盟曾指出，若有球員參加今年11月在台灣舉行的21U世界棒球賽，樂觀其成，林宗成沒聽過這件事，不過林宗成歡迎中職球員加入21U中華隊，大家一起為台灣爭取最高榮譽。
