黃牛票最高罰10倍 防集團壟斷

由於台鐵東部幹線常遭黃牛集團惡意壟斷，造成許多有返鄉需求民眾買不到票。為此，立法院今天(30日)三讀通過「鐵路法部分條文修正」，提高賣黃牛票的罰責，將依出售張數開罰，每張最高可罰車票價格的10倍，同時，對入侵訂票系統者，最高可處新台幣50萬元罰鍰。
另外，有鑑於先前有人在火車車廂內舉辦派對，引發爭議，三讀條文明定，未來如果任意將車廂上鎖，或妨礙鐵路從業人員執行職務或危害公共安全等情事，可處新台幣1萬元以上、5萬元以下罰鍰。
