新鮮人求職 中部技術職缺多

（中央社記者郝雪卿台中1日電）畢業季節將到，一家人力銀行今天將求職服務車開進台中商圈服務新鮮人，根據統計，中部地區以技術人員的職務需求最多。

各大專院校6月起陸續進入畢業季，104人力銀行下午將求職服務車開進台中市勤美商圈，讓新鮮人用行動裝置體驗找工作的便利。

104指出，以中台灣企業釋出5萬6261筆新鮮人工作來看，其中以「操作╱技術人員」職務需求最多，占22.4%；其次是「業務銷售人員」11.2 %、「門市營業人員」11.1%，需求也不少。

104建議，想在中台灣找第一份工作的新鮮人，可先從歡迎新鮮人的職務、產業著手，根據統計，中台灣最歡迎新鮮人的前10大職務依序為操作╱技術類人員、業務銷售類人員、門市營業類人員、餐飲類人員、品保╱品管類人員、維修╱技術服務類人員、行政╱總務類人員、醫療專業類人員、教育輔導類人員、工程研發類人員等，薪水則從新台幣2萬5000元到3萬9000元不等。

行動求職蔚為風潮，104表示，即便在外等公車、沒有電腦，都能透過「104工作快找」App找工作，進一步分析，「只使用手機」的求職者，以女性占比達62.5%為最多，年齡層則以24歲以下的年輕族群33.7%最高。1030601
