黑松高層涉內線 張道榕遭起訴

台北地檢署偵辦股票上市黑松公司內線交易案，查出黑松監察人張道榕利用處分台北市微風廣場旁土地的機會涉嫌內線交易，獲利247萬元，上午將張道榕依違反證交法起訴。

張道榕的胞兄張道昇也被依嫌疑人偵查，但查無其犯罪證據，檢方上午予張道昇不起訴處分。

檢調查出，張道榕利用黑松董事會決議標售微風廣場旁1300坪土地的利多消息，以人頭下單購買賣黑松股票，認為資訊不對稱，對張道榕發動搜索。

張道昇、張道榕是黑松集團第三代，黑松在台北市復興南路、市民大道口的微風廣場旁有土地6400坪，一期土地4600坪租給微風廣場百貨經營，二期土地有1345坪做為停車場，後來被劃定為住宅區。

去年3月，黑松董事會決議將二期土地標售，同年9月間就有6家業者競標，最後由潤泰創新以81億9000萬元得標，一坪土地單價609萬餘，創下台灣住宅土地最大交易金額。檢調查出，張道榕預先得知處分土地的重大利多消息，利用家人帳戶買進黑松股票，待消息公布再賣股，但他否認內線交易，搜索後被諭知以100萬元交保，限制出境。
