飆股激增

台股衝上9,000點大關，個股飆漲情況明顯，證交所公布的注意股票，從原本每天1~3檔，激增至上周四、五各6檔、7檔，昨（26）日更達8檔，祥碩、銘異昨天更被列為處置股票。櫃買中心昨也發布翔昇、力旺、海德威、常珵等4檔處置股票擴大人工撮合。

去年下半年就被證交所盯上、股價持續飆漲的銘異，昨天因電視投資理財節目持續異常推介，證交所「破天荒」首度請銘異到證交所召開重大訊息，針對推介內容提出澄清，並再次列處置股票。

證交所從去年9月中旬以來，到昨日為止，已召開第10次「監視業務務督導會報」，創下空前紀錄。證交所表示，銘異已連續2日公告為注意股票，本益比及股價淨值比偏高，交易明顯異常，決定今日起至6月24日，共20個營業日，對銘異採取約每20分鐘撮合一次、暫停融資融券交易、投資人簽署「銘異股票風險預告書」等措施。

證交所已多次請銘異針對電視推介內容澄清，但電視推介還是持續推介，這是過去從未有的情況。

證交所昨天發布的注意股票，包括倫飛、云辰、統懋、大毅、銘異、祥碩、金衛、泰聚亨等8檔。櫃買中心昨也發布，翔昇自今日起20個營業日，預收款券並約每90分鐘撮合一次；力旺今起10個交易日，約每20分鐘撮合一次；海德威及常珵今起10個交易日，約每5分鐘撮合一次。
