北市警擬以義交協助捷運安全

台北捷運連續殺人事件發生後，數位北市議員26日在議會警政衛生委員會質詢如何增加安全人力。市警局長黃昇勇說，目前捷運警察有142人，明年可增至166人，但若要每列車都有員警隨車，至少要七、八百名警力，必須調其他警力支援，對整體治安是「挖東牆補西牆」。

他說，捷運警察主要負責行政事項，刑案則屬協助立場，主要由轄區處理。市府上午已邀雙北市警局、北捷開會，市警局除建議北捷加強保全人力、裝備，也打算以義交人力協助捷運安全勤務。

對於新北市長朱立倫日前表示「新北市依法不可成立捷運警察隊」，北市捷運警察隊長宋景武說，依大眾捷運法，新北的確無法成立捷運警察隊，先前與新北市警局協商，新北即以無法令依據、人力不足等兩個理由表明無法成立；若要新北市也成立捷運警察隊，就須修法。
