友人借錢落跑　男子遭連累痛毆

高雄1名陳姓男子（46歲），跟劉姓男子（45歲）和朱姓男子（41歲）是多年的朋友，三人經常聚在一起喝酒聊天。今年1月，劉男向朱男借10萬元新台幣，約定本月初還錢，但是還錢時間過了，劉男不但沒有按時還錢，人還不見了。

朱男跑去劉男家中找人沒找到，打劉男手機也關機，朱男認為陳男跟劉男比較好，一定知道劉男下落，跑去找陳男，但是陳男表示自己也很久沒跟劉男聯絡，也不知道劉男下落，朱男覺得陳男故意不說，有意掩護劉男不還債，氣得徒手痛毆陳男，還怒嗆：「你不說，我就打到你說！」直到陳男鄰居報案，朱男停手逃離。

手臂多處瘀傷的陳男事後不甘被打，怒告朱男傷害，警方日前傳喚朱男到案說明，他坦承因為一直找不到劉男，沒拿到錢，一時氣憤，才會拿陳男出氣，動手打人，已向陳男道歉，跟陳男和解，近日陳男將撤銷告訴。（李菁豪／高雄報導）
