求救, 電腦會無預警突然停頓一下又恢復(此時CPU飆高)

電腦有時使用到一半時, 會突然整個頓住幾秒不能動

假如此時有播放聲音的話, 聲音也會定在那邊

滑鼠游標也無法動

就這樣定住個幾秒後會恢復正常

用工作管理員看歷史紀錄, 會發現頓住當下的cpu飆高到100%

但因為當下是頓住的, 所以我無法看出是什麼process飆高到100%使用率

這個現象有好一陣了, 有時很頻繁, 每幾十秒就發生一次

有時卻又兩三天都沒遇過

但他其實一直存在

有試過重灌XP, 還是一樣

我的電腦是自組的

CPU: Intel Pentium G840 2.8GHz
硬碟：WDC
顯示卡：AMD Radion HD 6600 Series
記憶體：恕我忘記規格了, XP找不到看的地方, 在系統那寫3.46GB RAM
作業系統：XP SP3

請問有沒有人知道大概原因, 或是要從什麼方向查起呢？

猜測可能是系統被大量interrupt打斷造成, 請問這樣想合理嗎？

或是有其他的想法可以提供一個方向 XD

最近真的不堪其擾, 玩D3常常玩到一半頓住不能動 orz

也有想過乾脆換電腦, 但想先抓出原因
