勒斃女子棄屍山溝 嫌犯莊男自首

新北市莊姓男子今晚向市警局刑警大隊自首，供稱自己三天前勒斃一名年約廿多歲的女性友人，棄屍土城區山溝；警方晚間已尋獲女子遺體，目前正在確認身分、展開調查。
