《傳產》北市平均每坪租金：大樓1410元、公寓917元

【時報-台北電】北市房價「貴桑桑」，許多人會選擇租屋。地政局根據實價登錄資訊，今日公布北市的租屋價格，結果發現，大樓的平均租金是每坪1410元、平均屋齡14.2年；公寓是每坪917元、平均屋齡是33.7年。

據地政局統計，大樓租金單價最高的是信義、大同和中山區，每坪都超過1550元；最便宜在文山區，每坪755元。公寓最貴的是中山、松山和中正區，每坪租金超過1000元；最便宜的是萬華區，每坪約615元。

地政局副局長潘玉女表示，北市大樓租金單價以每坪800～1200元最多，若以一般民眾需求的10坪大小來算，租金總價是8000元至1.2萬元。大樓屋齡多較低、屋況也較好，但價格高，可使用的面積也小。

若從公寓來看，每坪600～800元的租屋案最多，月租約6000～8000元。潘玉女說，公寓較便宜、可用面積也較大，但通常屋齡久、屋況舊，民眾需依自身需求作考量。（新聞來源：中時即時 陳芃）
