包庇中國漁民越界捕魚　海巡隊長收押

台中地檢署據報查出，海巡署第九海巡隊分隊長黃文哲與擔任第三海巡隊隊員的妻子陳文君，得知中國福建省石獅市蔡姓漁民所屬「閩獅漁」船隊，屢因越界進入臺灣海域捕魚遭海巡隊查緝、罰款，竟萌生貪念，2年前透過台灣莊姓漁民牽線，親赴福建省石獅市與蔡姓漁民接洽協助船隊不被臺灣海巡隊查緝事宜。
 
黃男向蔡姓漁民允諾，可以每天透過莊姓漁民夫婦，以漁業無線電頻道通報海巡隊勤務編排，並告知可越界進入臺灣海域捕魚的範圍，蔡姓漁民則依約交付20萬元人民幣(約台幣近百萬元)賄款。
 
台中地檢署認定黃文哲夫婦的行為，侵害臺灣漁民捕魚權益，昨天清晨分別前往台中市、金門縣等8個處所展開搜索，並約談黃男夫婦等12人到案，今晨依貪污罪向法院聲請羈押黃男獲准，黃妻陳文君則10萬元交保，另、海巡隊員徐良吉及莊姓漁民各5萬元交保。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
