法國《世界報》首位女總編輯納妲莉‧努蓋萊德去職。

幾乎與《紐約時報》總編輯被解職的消息同時，法國《世界報》(Le Monde)1944年創刊以來首位女總編輯納妲莉‧努蓋萊德14日宣布辭職。她擔任此職才一年多。

努蓋萊德做不下去，主要是內部不合。上周，七位資深編輯離職，雙方意見不合的問題包括印刷格式、推出平板電腦版，以及人事異動爭議。和她一樣遭受編輯部「造反」之災的兩位副總編輯，已在上周五離職。

努蓋萊德在給報社內部的電子郵件中表示，她向股東提出改造《世界報》的計畫，那些計畫的落實需要編輯團隊廣泛支持，但她沒有得到支持，反而招來人身攻擊。

去年3月，努蓋萊茲在編輯部投票中以創新高的80%支持率出任總編輯一職。她出身海外特派員，出道之作是採訪東歐與俄國，2005年曾獲得法國表彰新進記者的著名「阿爾貝‧隆德雷獎」(Prix Albert-Londres)，但她缺乏在《世界報》複雜結構裡周旋的經驗，領導這家大報頗非易事，罪名包括「難以溝通」。

和全球所有報紙一樣，《世界報》在經濟減緩與網路興起的時代掙扎，為營收銳減所苦，去年發行量掉到33萬份，到底如何求新求變來突圍，內部莫衷一是。
