590例心臟手術 靠達文西手臂

台中榮總外科部團隊用達文西機械手臂進行外科手術，造福許多病患。中國時報【馮惠宜╱台中報導】

利用達文西機械手臂不用剖胸開心就能完成冠狀動脈繞道手術！1名27歲舉重選手，在校園內突然心肌梗塞昏迷，經葉克膜搶救病情穩定後，即到台中榮總接受達文西冠狀動脈繞道手術，省去斷開胸骨、剖心大傷口，5天後就出院繼續回運動場發光發熱。

台中榮總外科部主任徐中平15日率外科部團隊舉辦達文西機器手臂運用成果分享，他強調，達文西手臂運用在外科手術優點就是在進行深部器官組織的吻合。

台中榮總心臟外科醫師游茱棱指出，自2013年5月迄今該科已運用達文西進行超過590例心臟手術，其中超過490例是冠狀動脈繞道手術，南部某大學舉重選手因幼時罹川崎症心血管病變，27歲就因心肌梗塞昏迷，經葉克膜搶救病情穩定後，轉到中榮就是利用達文西輔助成功完成冠狀動脈繞道手術，讓他可以趕快回到運動場。
