越南：嚴懲滋事暴徒

越南政府表示，公安部已採取行動恢復南部平陽省平靜，公安部並且頒布命令，要求相關部門嚴懲滋事的暴徒。

越南政府發布在網站上的公告說，許多外國公司的財產在13日開始的平陽省抗議活動中遭到破壞。公安部已在這個地區增加警力，情勢並已穩定下來。公告說，官員告訴民眾，他們可以抗議，「以和平的方式表達愛國心」，只要他們不會「讓壞人利用，並使情勢更加複雜」。平陽省13日的大規模抗議，主要是抗議中國大陸在南海設置鑽油平台，遊行活動原本相當平和，但隨後在若干暴徒帶領下，示威逐漸擴大、脫序，並演變成暴動。

遊行民眾只要見到有中文招牌的公司和工廠就強行進入破壞、搶劫，造成多家外資廠商受害，其中主要是中國大陸與台灣廠商，許多台商工廠遭到破壞，並被迫停止運作。
