台灣之星：已向亞太電求婚

（中央社記者江明晏台北2014年5月7日電）台灣之星總經理賴弦五今天公開表態，台灣之星已正式向亞太電信求親，希望雙方水平整合，比亞太電信和國碁或日本軟銀結合更好，意圖在搶親大戰聲勢不輸人。

台灣之星與威寶電信近期將完成合併，台灣之星今天正式遷入內湖總部，賴弦五今天公開表態，台灣之星已正式向亞太電信求親。

他表示，台灣之星先前已向亞太電信提案，台灣之星上週更重新提案，表達對亞太電信的誠意。

至於會採取換股還是現金收購方式？賴弦五不願清楚說明。

據了解，亞太電信近期也將邀集所有有興趣的合作夥伴，包括台灣之星、國碁等，陸續討論結合的可能性，不排除近期有更明朗的結果出爐。
