陸首部國安藍皮書 指恐怖活動活躍

大陸首部國家安全藍皮書「中國國家安全研究報告（2014），6日在北京發布。報告指出，2013年中國大陸境內恐怖活動處於活躍期，政府機構和軍警為主要襲擊目標。

這份報告由國際關係學院國際戰略與安全研究中心和社會科學文獻出版社聯合發布。

報告指出，隨著中國大陸海外利益的拓展加深，面臨的國際安全風險也加大，全球化時代的恐怖活動也往往殃及在海外的中國人。另一方面，受到國際恐怖活動的影響，中國大陸境內恐怖活動相對前幾年來處於活躍期，據官方報導，2013年發生於中國大陸境內的暴力恐怖主義襲擊共10起。

中國現代國際關係研究院副院長馮仲平說，「目前國內安全面臨的最大威脅之一就是暴力恐怖主義」。此次報告發現，中國大陸的恐怖活動呈現地域擴大的趨勢、以政府機構和軍警為主要襲擊目標、恐怖勢力使用冷兵器等簡陋工具作案的新特點。
