國防部：總統決定人事調動

國安局長蔡得勝請辭，將由國防部副部長李翔宙接任，預料也將牽動一連串軍方高階人事調整，國防部今天(6號)表示，相關人事傳聞「都是臆測」，國防部會提出建議人選，但最後決定權仍在總統。（繆宇綸報導）

國安會在5號宣布，國安局蔡得勝請辭，國安局長一職由國防部軍備副部長李翔宙接任，法務部調查局長和內政部移民署長也同時異動。外傳國防部副部長一職，將由空軍司令劉震武出任，空軍司令則可望由空軍副總長廖榮鑫出任，不過，國防部軍事發言人羅紹和表示，相關的人事傳聞報導「沒有定案，都是臆測」。『國軍上將階人事案的權責是總統府，所以未來李(翔宙)副部長到新職報到之後，國防部會向總統報告、建議相當的人選，當然最後的決定權還是在總統！』

蔡得勝在卸下國安局長職務後，將和前國防部長高華柱一塊兒出任總統府國策顧問，李翔宙出任國安局長後，可能會騰出一個陸軍上將缺，藉時高階將領人事又可能出現一波調整。
