「洗手機」詐百萬 判2年9月

劉姓男子利用電信公司綁約免預繳電話費專案，大量收購老客戶門號，以「洗手機」方式詐騙73支iPhohe新型機種，得手後轉賣牟利，獲不法利益百萬元，台北地法院審理認定他觸犯60個詐欺罪，上午重判他2年9月徒刑，得易科罰金99萬元確定。

判決說，中華電信3年前推出iPhone手機購機優惠專案，提供5年以上老客戶免預繳電信費，就能便宜買到高單價的iPhohe手機，嘉義劉姓男子利用這個機會斂財。

劉以俗稱「洗手機」方式，先上網以1萬元價格蒐購老客戶手機門號，再過戶給不知情的3個人頭使用，之後用這些門號，到電信行門市一口氣申辦73支iPhone手機，隨後以2萬元將這些空機轉手賣出。

台北地院簡易庭審理時，法官認定劉惡意欺騙電信業者，觸犯60個詐欺罪，判處他2年9月刑期，劉姓男子不服，提出上訴。

台北地院審理後，合議庭認為，劉先前在嘉義以同樣手法詐騙遭判刑確定，仍又重施故技，詐得高價手機又不繳電信費，原審判決並無違誤，駁回其上訴，全案確定。
