加載影片 緩衝斷連怎麼辦？

看伊莉影片區和YOUTUBE的影片大致上影片緩衝下載分兩部分

第一部分也就是剛進入網頁 緩衝都先很快的跑一些 然後就停了一陣子 沒多久又開始慢慢的跑

慢慢跑的就是第二部分 緩衝就前進很慢
只有第一部分的緩衝能看
第二部分的緩衝能點擊 只會有１到２秒的無聲畫面

只能重新載入網頁後點擊剛剛斷掉的地方讓他重新緩衝
半小時的影片要重新載入網頁４次．．．

補充：

網路光纖１０Ｍ
記憶體１６Ｇ
ＹＯＵＴＵＢＥ還有其他線上播放都一樣
緩衝開始先爆衝 沒多久就停下來 直接回到最開始 並且無法再次播放

安裝adobe flash player１３ （失敗）
停用 Shockwave Flash （失敗）
本機儲存區設定無限制 （失敗）
勾除硬體加速 （失敗）

這還有什麼辦法嗎？
