號召網友占領捷運　警方找到人！明將約談偵訊

有網友在臉書、PTT號召一人一票占領台北捷運活動，台北市警局30日已追查到是名住在嘉義的男性網友，傍晚派出專案小組前往嘉義約談男子，但男子不願晚上偵訊，1日才要跟警方到台北。

這篇文章在網路上瘋傳，台北市政府得知後嚴厲譴責，發言人張其強30日表示，倡議及轉載相關訊息者，已涉嫌違法刑法，市刑大已移請地檢署偵辦。

台北市警察局也立刻揪出po文的網友，雖然這名網友堅稱自己只是轉發文章，但拒絕透露是轉貼誰的，但警方表示，雖然只是轉發，還是觸法，將依法究責。
