偷了再賣回去 「挖土機賊」賺上億

在桃園經營進口挖土機重機械販賣、維修的鍾姓男子，與兒子阿成等人組成竊盜集團，專偷挖土機引擎控制器、泵浦等零件轉賣賺取暴利上億元，其中還有不少受害者是他的客戶，甚至前後三次被偷。

有竊盜、贓物等前科53歲鍾姓男子，十多年前起經營挖土機生意，也差不多在同一時間開始偷挖土機，近年來改偷引擎、泵浦、顯示器等零件。單單去年10月起在新北、新竹、苗栗、桃園、高雄等地犯下51件次，涉案5人直到前天清晨被竹東警方拘提到案。

警方指出，鍾男都選在清晨一點至四點犯案，每次出動二至三人，一人把風、一人行竊。許多受害者面對挖土機「心臟」等零件被竊，為減少工程延宕損失，都以半價30萬元請鍾代尋找二手品維修。甚至有被害人前後遭剝皮三次，拿陳情信淚眼拜託警方幫忙，「真的快活不下去了」。

鍾與兒子都否認犯案，警方另發現鍾常開著高級跑車在市區超速行駛，超速罰單多達122張，除依交通違規舉發，另比對監視器畫面確認鍾等涉案，全依竊盜、贓物、偽造文書等罪嫌移送。
