俄外長說美歐制裁「無常識」

法新社報導，正在古巴訪問的俄國外長拉夫洛夫29日批評西方國家就烏克蘭危機制裁俄國，他說西方國家「缺乏常識」。

拉夫洛夫在哈瓦那與古巴外長羅德里奎茲會談時說：「我們反對任何形式的制裁，尤其反對美國及歐盟針對烏克蘭事件而設、缺乏常識的制裁。」
