（馬來西亞）去年505變天未成後，憤怒的在野黨與群眾展開一波波黑潮集會，對選舉可能出現舞弊問題表達抗議。然而，該如何向國陣施加壓力，迫使其面對選舉舞弊與民意弱勢卻掌權的正當性問題時，曾出現不同主張，其中主要有兩種說法：一是停止抗爭，透過體制內的司法途徑挑戰選舉成績；二是繼續抗爭，甚至不排除采革命式的推翻政府，最後顯然是前者成為被實踐的策略。若當時採取的是不同策略，今天會是什麼局面?

除了以上兩項主張，當時有論者提出可展開“公民不服從＂（civil disobedience，也譯為公民抗命）行動，對選舉問題進行抗爭，然而，這項主張並未獲得太多重視與討論。近期在臺北發生群眾佔領立法院（國會）與行政院事件，引發各地關注，雖然台馬兩地社會條件有一定落差，但仍有參考與對照價值，有助打開對民主實踐的想像。...(閱讀全文)
