陸電信巨頭 議設基地台合資事業

彭博報導，中國大陸三大電信公司正研議成立合資事業，以開發行動通訊塔基礎建設，作為撙節開發和網路經營成本之道。

根據中國移動、中國聯通（香港）公司和中國電信集團公司昨天向香港交易所遞交文件內容，大陸三大電信公司目前正在進行研議。三家公司並未提供計畫細節。

在大陸快速轉換至4G行動網路下，包括中移動等企業正設法抑制投資和安裝新設備的成本增加。中國工業和信息化部昨天在官網指出，新合資事業將提倡環保、撙節成本和嘉惠用戶。

「財經」雜誌報導，大陸將設立一家國營事業以租賃基地台給這三家電信公司後，這三家電信公司在港股交易走揚。

中聯通昨天上漲5.9%收11.90港元，中國電信上漲3.1%收3.98港元，中移動上漲0.8%收73.70美元。
