立院初審示範區 綠提程序發言

立法院經濟委員會今天上午初審自由經濟示範區特別條例，在會議開議沒多久，綠委隨即提出程序發言。民進黨籍立委吳秉叡表示，大家都有意好好審查示範區，不過，周一審查時，藍委卻違反朝野協商，快速審查示範區前三條。

綠委葉津鈴在程序發言時也要求，政院撤案。

立法院今天上午二度審查示範區特別條例，藍綠均動員委員會立委出席，立委席接近滿座，也讓今天委員會能否接續審議條例，埋下變數。
