傳阿里巴巴談判重獲支付寶股權

（中央社台北2014年5月1日電）彭博引述消息人士報導，邁向初次公開募股（IPO）的中國大陸電子商務公司阿里巴巴集團就重新取得支付寶（Alipay）股權一事進行談判。

因談判未公開而要求匿名人士指出，沒有達成協議的時間表，且在阿里巴巴IPO以前可能都不會有任何交易出現。這名人士說，任何交易須待監管機構批准。

阿里巴巴3月表示，計劃在美尋求IPO。據彭博上月彙整12位分析師平均預測，阿里巴巴市值達1680億美元。

支付寶是阿里巴巴旗下負責處理付款事項的機構，但目前阿里巴巴未持有支付寶股權。

華爾街日報（Wall Street Journal）稍早已報導阿里巴巴談判參股支付寶的新聞。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
