警官住豪宅稱合購　死後2個月好友討分產

桃園縣已故前警察局長劉勤章，生前遭指控以來源不明的資金買豪宅，當時他指稱與陳姓友人合購，前年病逝，陳男依當年證詞向劉男兒子索回產權，一審勝訴。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，劉勤章1996年擔任保六總隊長期間，台北市警界爆發周人蔘電玩案，劉遭匿名檢舉疑涉及包庇索賄，透過陳姓友人洗錢，在內湖購置豪宅；警政署調查時，劉解釋房產與陳「一人一半」合購，經督察單位清查，認定沒有不法結案。劉勤章前年病故後2個月，陳男據該證詞，向劉擔任法官的兒子討分產；據了解，該處房產目前市價約上億元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
