寶成 六和機械 產業 全球最大鞋業代工 知名傳產 職位 組長 儲備幹部 薪資 37000 46000 公司人數 數十萬 數萬 工時 AM9:00-PM:6:00 周休二日 AM9:00-PM6:00 周休二日 (會加班、外派出差) (會加班、外派出差) 工作 內勤 內勤 優點 跟之前的資歷比較接近 領域不熟 大企業，可培業產業經驗 可以住親友家，省房租 以後會一直朝此職缺發展 新職缺，一切要自己建立 相對穩定 傳產應該很穩定吧 可出差(對我來說是優點) 可出差 我有近六年工作經驗 碩畢 目前在日商工作 這2個OFFER我 很猶豫 (其實還有其他的OFFER啦 但我目前只考慮這2間) 滿喜歡寶成的 尤其可以外派 我很想挑戰上萬人的廠 內勤工作 可以規畫制度 但薪水有困擾我 比現職低了一萬多 六和機械 就比較髒跟累的工作環境 但我是內勤職務 所以應該還好 也可以常出差大陸 我最在意是昇遷性、發展程度、未來性 可以給我一些建議嗎? 如果有待在裡面的人 更好 ※ 編輯: vavay (220.133.151.236), 04/23/2014 17:17:56
