客船緊急演習 麗娜輪打頭陣

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2014年4月23日電）南韓發生「歲月輪」重大海難，交通部航港局警惕，將督導5艘和「歲月輪」類似等級的船緊急演習，29日由「麗娜輪」打頭陣。

航港局說，「歲月輪」屬於車輛可以駛上及駛下的客貨船，台灣有5艘類似的船舶，包括：「臺馬輪」、「臺華輪」、「麗娜輪」、「合富快輪」、「臺閩之星」。

航港局今天表示，各船公司平時就有自行舉辦演習，這次主要是「歲月輪」事件，航港局主動督導演習，希望了解業者在逃生設備、動線規劃及安全預防上是否落實規範，並檢討現有作業是否仍有待改進。

航港局舉例，船上的逃生艇在緊急事故發生時，可否立即從固定處放下，提供船上人員逃生；船上廣播的音量是否夠大聲，讓全船的人知道發生什麼事。

5艘船的緊急演習，29日首先由「麗娜輪」蘇澳港打頭陣，「臺華輪」是30日，另3艘船時間未定，但都是近期內。

航港局也統計，「歲月輪」發生後隔天到21日，航港局已臨時抽檢48艘營運中船舶，少數違反規定部分，保險證效期已到未更換、救生衣上燈泡過期仍使用等，已請業者改善。
