小熊主場100歲 大蛋糕慶生

小熊主場Wrigley Field是大聯盟最古老的球場之一，僅次紅襪的芬威球場，小熊球迷為了歡慶這個時刻，主場舉行了相當大的慶祝儀式，而一名烘培師瓦斯卓(Buddy Valastro)做了一個小熊主場的蛋糕慶祝。

這個蛋糕重400磅，一共花了6天4個烘培師把蛋糕給做出來，蛋糕造型還特地製作成Wrigley Field的樣子，瓦斯卓在自己的Twitter上表示，這是他的榮幸，做出一個慶祝Wrigley Field100歲的蛋糕，該是慶祝的時刻了。

除了蛋糕外，Wrigley Field也舉行盛大的慶祝儀式，請來兩名名人堂選手道森(Andre Dawson)、班克斯(Ernie Banks)來到現場，兩隊也穿上復古球衣應戰。

此外，五局小熊現場所有球迷高唱生日快樂歌，七局也唱棒球的經典歌曲Take Me Out to the Ballgame，場面相當溫馨，也可看出美國棒球為何會蓬勃，因為棒球已經是人民生活文化的ㄧ部分。

不過可惜的是，小熊未能在這慶祝的氣氛中贏球，9局領先3分的情況下，硬是被希爾(Aaron Hill)敲出逆轉的三壘安打，最終小熊5:7輸球。
